What is this method based on? | |||||||||||

This method is based on the physical principle of tensile force; as a result of its progressive effects, it causes an enlargement of the penis tissue. | |||||||||||

Has the principle of tensile force already been used in medicine? | |||||||||||
|
Yes. This principle is applied in modern medicine to encourage the new formation of skin tissue (e.g. after burns), or to elongate bones. The penis is made of elastic tissue; this tissue grows when it is subjected to tensile force. | |||||||||||

By how many centimetres can the penis be extended, and for how long must the device be worn? | |||||||||||

This is different for each individual person. On average, an penis elongation of between 3 and 5 centimetres, and a penis thickening of 0.5 to 1 centimetres, are achieved. The device must be worn for at least 2-3 hours each day over a period of 3 to 4 months. | |||||||||||

The suspension tendon of the
penis is slowly stretched by the
application of the PeniStretcher, and
growth of the elastic tissue is encouraged. This causes gradual elongation. In this
context, the level of success is dependent on the individual in question and the intensity
of application. In the case of surgical intervention, the suspension tendon of the penis is severed and re-attached at a lower point. This creates the preconditions for the capacity use of the full potential of individual elongation. However, it is absolutely necessary to use a stretching device in the postoperative phase; on the one hand, this ensures the success of the operation by preventing shrinkage through the formation of scary tissue; on the other hand, this is to achieve the full and greatest possible extension. What is the difference between using a PeniStretcher and a vacuum pump? | |||||||||||
|
A vacuum pump serves exclusively as an erection tool. Due to the negative pressure which the pump generates, the blood vessels are immediately and abruptly dilated. However, these results are temporary. Unlike application of the PeniStretcher, this method has no effects on the penis suspension tendon. The part of the spongy body which is hidden in the peritoneal cavity is also not affected by the vacuum pump. | |||||||||||
